Free Consultation (Dr. Swank provides a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss any questions or concerns regarding injury prevention, PT rehab and sports performance. This is an opportunity to begin collaborating together to develop an individualized optimal plan of care. (MUST SCHEDULE BY EMAIL.)
Physical Therapy Session 60 min- $150 (This includes a one on one Physical Therapy session with Dr. Swank where a customized plan of care is established. Services may include manual interventions, exercise prescription, home exercise program and education.)
Tele-health 45 min- $105: (Includes evaluation, customized plan of care development, exercise prescription with home exercise program and client education. At the end of the session you will have a better understanding of your injury or concern and home self care tools/exercises to progress you to your goals.)

Arete Physical Therapy currently accepts cash/check/credit card payment only. No insurances are accepted at this time. One can submit a bill to their insurance.
