What to expect

At your first visit we will discuss in length your medical history, current symptoms and goals. A thorough evaluation will be performed to determine the nature of your injury. Then an individualized plan of care will be developed, collaboratively, by the physical therapist and you. You will be educated on a home exercise program and self care techniques to assist you in your rehab journey. Various manual physical therapy interventions may be performed at initial evaluation such as trigger point dry needling, manual therapy, cupping and/or instrumented massage. Follow up treatment sessions will include re-evaluation of your progress and implementation of PT interventions to keep you moving forward to reaching your goals
